Today I added a new page to the Wedding Fever section of the Lissylane website which will hopefully grow and expand over the coming months. The main purpose of this new page is to feature links to other businesses and services in the wedding industry to help our Lissylane fans.

Here at Lissylane we are all about helping to plan your wedding day your way and anything that we can do to make that happen we will do our very best to help!

I would like to wish my mum and mum in law a very happy mothers day for this Sunday and show you my latest creations, Lissylane felt and button flower book marks, made especially for them both for mothers day.

You may also be wondering why you haven't heard from me in a while, that is because I have some news! I am actually going to be a mum myself and have been working on a blog related to my experiences during pregnancy. One of my most recent orders was to make six Lissylane felt and button flower brooches to be used as birthday gifts.

I've completed these brooches using the favourite colours of each recipiant, so they are all custom made especially for them. What could be better than knowing that your birthday gift was made especially for you?!?

The latest article in the Lissylane Wedding Checklist discusses holding a wedding rehearsal as a mock run through of the wedding processional, ceremony and recessional. This article finalises the 2 Weeks Out section of the Wedding Checklist. 

The wedding rehearsal will allow all involved in your big day to practice their roles and ensure they know exactly where they have to walk and stand.

It is also a wonderful chance for the bride and groom to practice not only their vows but the ring exchange to reduce the risk of mistakes on the wedding day. 

The next section of the Lissylane Wedding Checklist covers everything required in the 1 Week Out time frame leading up to your wedding day.

This includes packing luggage for your honeymoon to contacting all suppliers for the day.
