New Checklist Article - Wedding Transport

What a busy weekend we had!! Hope everyone is keeping well and wedding plans are on track. To help guide you through them I have added a new article to the Lissylane Wedding Checklist all about organising your Wedding Transport.

For me wedding transport was always something that I thought I knew exactly what we both wanted, then it turned out we didn't even bother with anything out of the ordinary.

I think there must have been a few guests surprised by this as both myself and husband Charles have always been very into cars and are what some may consider rev heads. Always off to the drags and show and shine to check out all the cars and spending much of our time together working on our then pride and joy Datsun 260Z (2 seater).

We both came to the conclusion that if we couldn't have our own cars (by this point we no longer had our beloved Datsun) then we shouldn't hire or have anything at all as it just wouldn't be the same.

Of course we still needed transport but luckily having such a small bridal party meant a normal sedan was quite sufficient. A roll of white car ribbon for my parents Mazda and we were in business.

After all, no-one even saw me arrive at the chapel so for our circumstances it was money best budgeted for other areas of the wedding day.
