Wrist corsages are generally something that is worn in America to your senior prom, usually the guy will bring the girl a wrist corsage that matches her outfit and off they go to enjoy the night. Here in Australia we are very laid back about these sorts of traditions with school formals and the corsage exchange really hasn't caught on. I think this is such a shame! A wrist corsage is something a little bit special that adds that little bit of extra flair to a formal outfit, making each and every girl that little bit different. I would love to see more and more Australian girls following this tradition, even if it is them doing it for themselves and not receiving the corsage as a gift from their date for the night. A school formal only happens once and why not make it one to remember by adding something special and unique, wearing a felt flower wrist corsage that matches perfectly with your outfit.

For the Wedding Bridal Party

But not just for formals, these are a fantastic alternative to bouquets for bridesmaids. Not only do they look fantastic and can be custom made in the wedding colours but will leave the girls hands free for the important things like holding your bouquet, lifting your train and just generally doing whatever the bride needs.

For Everyday Use 

They can of course be worn everyday as well with a pretty outfit, or maybe you have a dinner or party to go to, add a splash of colour with one of this beautiful wrist corsages. The felt flower wrist corsages can be made with either 2 or 3 felt flowers and 1 or 2 felt leaves with all the extra embellishments available used in all the Lissylane products. We have 2 different attachment methods as well, either a matching colour ribbon to tie in a bow or a wide ribbon cuff with press studs for a tie free application.

Corsage Pins (Brooches)

Felt flower and button corsage pins can be worn on a daily basis or again for a special occasion or wedding. These are a fantastic alternatives to real flower corsages at a wedding as they are on an easy to attach, gold safety clasp (brooch pin) and look just as amazing as real flowers but will make a wonderful keepsake long after the wedding day is over. Again available custom made in any colour and style to suit and can be made with or without the addition of a felt leaf backing. These brooches can be worn everyday with your favourite outfits, on hats or make a fantastic addition to fabric bags on their own or as a set (I'm happy to make them to particular sizes as well, contact me for further information).
