The one to three months out feels like it comes around so very fast. Your big day grows closer and closer with all of the details and planning of the wedding falling into place.
For this stage of the planning the official part of the ceremony will be covered in the next section of the wedding check-list. Also planning your wedding night and honeymoon to make the most of the first stages of married life.
The following points will be discussed in further detail, please remember though that they are in no particular order. Lissylane hopes the following information will help to make your wedding day perfect for the both of you and ease some of the stress of wedding planning.
- Make appointment with minister/celebrant, complete “notice of intended marriage” and discuss the ceremony making all final decisions (vows, pre-marital counselling, etc)
- Organise wedding rings
- Select wedding music and complete the order of service (ensure you have oraganised all readings, hymns, master of ceremony, etc)
- Plan and book wedding night (if you are staying elsewhere other than your home, also organise locations for getting dressed and ready on the wedding day)
- Plan and book your honeymoon, organising leave from work (if going overseas arrange passports, visas, vaccinations, etc)
